We are all doing OK although last night was pretty sleepless.  Erin is a champion and is doing great, we had a student midwife in who said non of the other births she had participated in had a mother who was smiling and cracking jokes throughout like she was ;D.

Congratulations to al the older Burnsys and welcome to the site Neve (remember to get your own Username)

my other half would have shot me if i said were going camping nine weeks after a birth

When my 2nd son was 2wks old, I departed for Cocos Is. and 4wks later he arrived with the rest of the family and about 8 weeks later we were all tent camping on one of the other islands. Never too soon to start

Cheers Mike

Burnsy, congrats mate, but how ironic, i too have a new camper, but mine is 12 days old now, and her name is Neve Clare, bloody close, but a fantastic name all the same.

Again congrats, maybe we will cross paths one day and the can say hi to each other.

If I can convince Erin she only needs one pair of shoes (runners for chasing two kids) that should free up a whole heap of space and negate the need for more space ;D

Thanks everyone for all the well wishes.

Congrats mike & Erin. I hope you've been trying to pimp solar panels in the delivery room! :)

Why don't you all come on the beachy's father's day weekend trip to busso? It's in a CP as well so will be nice and "easy" from the camping point of view
