Lifestyle Explorer+ Stabilizer legs: Meant to be loose?
« on: July 05, 2011, 07:52:44 PM »
Hello all,

My wife and I have just entered the wonderful world of Camper Trailers... Bill, John and Smarty have hooked us up with a great deal, and we are super happy to go on our first trip (from Brisbane to Mareeba to visit Simone's Brother) this Saturday...

One question about the stabiliser legs though, do all your legs rattle around? it looks like the bolts that affix it to the trailer are too thin, and the holes in the stabilizer leg slap around.. any advice would be helpful!

I hope the video attaches...

Kent.

well the video didn't attach - it doesn't work with the forum generally.

where they attached to the chassis, or trailer, shouldn't be loose.

Yep I had the same issue when I replaced a leg on my old Tambo. Simple fix, get the spanners out and tighten it up. Oh and welcome to myswag!

Mine was painted not powder coated, therefore my advice comes with all care but no responsibility :)
