For those coming with kids
« on: May 26, 2011, 08:20:39 PM »
Hey all,

For those people coming with kids - are any of you packing bikes? We have our 7.5year old, who would be insanely jealous if there were other kids with bikes and we don't bring his.... however there is that issue of securing it in a way that doesn't wreck the car or camper!
Cheers
Vi

I would suggest no bikes as there is more the kids can do up there as we are are staying right on the beach. Bucket and spade would be better.

We are thinking about throwing in the girls scooters in, as they fold up neatly. But time (space) will tell, when we pack the CT.

hope you've got fat tyres and Staun deflators on the scooters.......... they're a real bugger in the sand otherwise.

There will be so much other stuff to do and explore, and other kids to play with, that I bet the scooters don't get moved from where you pack them.
