Camps on the Gold Coast
« on: May 15, 2011, 09:32:22 PM »
Any advice appreciated.

Looking to be on the Gold Coast between Southport and Runaway Bay at the start of July.

Looking for a camp that I can take 2 dogs into. I was even thinking of things like camping on Seaworld Drive and just packing up each day.

thanks Geoff

Geoffwin,
Can't recommend a location but i would suggest stay well away from seaworld dve. Overnight stays/camping not legal there. Well  :police: too. Too many backpackers and hoons anyway

Thanks for that - sort of thought it might be that way out there. I have known a few people who moored boats in there when travelling.

Open to any suggestions. Sort of involved with the marathon at that time so do not want to be too far away.
