Hey Crispy we have an EzyTrail CT that I picked up second hand in December, its a 2008 off road and came with kitchen, 70lt water tank, two pump taps, large steel storage box on the front, 23 x 18 foot tent, two annexes with walls and I have fitted a 12 volt system with inverter.
The tent is easy enough to put up with one person or takes less than 5 mins for two people to put up for an overnighter.
For the price I think the EzyTrail is pretty good, its obviously not to the same quality of more well known and more expensive CT's but we can have just as much fun in our $5000.00 CT as what anyone else can.
I have read on here that customer service from the dealer can be less than average but I didn't have to worry about that buying second hand.
Here are a few threads on our EzyTrail CT
