I need to lose a few kg's too, from my extensive research I think you need to exercise with an elevated,heart rate for about half an hour before bed so you can go to sleep with an elevated metabolism.
Now I wonder what a suitable activity can be chosen to achieve this??
Check your Super balance, realise you'll never be able to retire, the kids will probabaly never leave home, and you'll need to sell your 4wd to pay the electricity bills.....aaagh can't sleep, stress is making my heart go faster......
