Replace your single din unit with one of these. Had one similar and it worked well. 7" is a good size. This appears to have gps and does screen mirroring of your Android phone. Could be handy for hema explorer.
You may have to make up a switch box for your multiple camera inputs but that won't be too hard. Screen can be set to any angle. Search single din dvd
