you just have me confused with someone else ..I did drop my hilux on its roof about 7 times at black duck in 99 or 2000 cant remember.

I have never owned an international  ;D ;D ;D

bought the red one for $1500 and stripped the cab as the chassis was rusty .

thats my Dad in the first pic.below .hes a legend when it comes to anything like this and taught me everything I know

And then dad took to the workshop and got it all jazzed up.

got a new motor and gearbox while I was at it ..that black rollbar saved the day big time ...the pics were after the roof pillar was jacked up so we could get the door open. How no one got injured is beyond me.

This was a few years ago now, was a bit of an off on our way home from Landcruiser Park. I never liked that silver Cruiser anyway  ;D  ( 2H motor with an auto box, I could out run it over the first 50m ).
We all got out unscaved but obviously the 4x4 was a lost cause  ::)  , the Camp o matic was repaired, which was a testament to their build quality back then  :cup:

Damn! :o  That looks like a literal "crap" moment. Glad you were all ok...apart from the Cruiser
