Title: Where is Jetcrew?
Post by: WilSurf on March 07, 2017, 02:14:18 PM
As the title says, where is he?
He hasn't been active since end January and I have a warranty question regarding the battery he supplied.

He is off the air for a while and the business has closed down.

If you have his mobile number, send him an SMS and he will direct you on where to go to get Warranty item sorted out.

He is over on dirtriderz.com a bit these days. Has bought a sweet 350 4 stroke and discovering the dirtbike lifestyle

Me too including phone calls and an sms.  Ended up sorting out my warranty claim with steca in Germany directly.  Ended up with a great result thankfully. Brilliant company to deal with.

Yep, you are best off going direct to the manufacturer/importer. It can be a bit annoying if you pay a bit of a premium for better service and then not being able to take advantage of it when needed but as "RV power solutions" ceases to exist (he should probably pull the website down) that's your best option.

Hmm I have followed myswag and Jetcrew since 2012, and bought from him as well as received advice and assistance via email, and have nothing but praise for the man. If there are issues now I am sure there is/are very good reasons.  He would never just ignore people deliberately.  Much goes on in our lives that isn't always easy or appropriate to share publicly. If his former business has a duty of care he will honour it in due course. Patience required.

Totally agree. I only posted that info to let people know there are other options.
