In our case a group of VIC/ACT swagg'rs heading to Corryong on the NSW/VIC border to enjoy the Snowy Mountains and Vic HC. All welcome. If you've never been to a myswag weekend before, great way to meet new swagg'rs and have a barrel of laughs.

Will be the final weekend of a week and a half at Cape Conran. Driving home on the 26th, with the kids playing the game of turning the volume up on Triple J's hottest 100 before I notice and turn it down again.noice spot.

I used to look a year ahead and get in 1st and book those sort of days in as holiday leave. Where I used to work, unless they had urgent work to be done, they couldn't refuse you holidays if no one else was off.

There are pretty much no holiday vacancies for the second half of the year available either, and none in any of the school holiday periods. Sadly our eldest daughter is pretty much at the age we can't remove her from high school to take holidays anymore, though i may still do it early in the year as we don't have a choice now what holidays periods the wife can get. We are already booking stuff for 2017 holidays, that's how rediculous her work place is ::)

Anyway we will get a few down us at the road house then head back the back way to Yeeda which can be a lot of fun if wet (ended up winching last year)
Should thrown a line aswell as there are some good barra pools here at the moment and the local station hands are pulling them out by the bucket load and that should be about that. I'll try to get some video footage this year as I've over taking photos.

Gotta work on the Monday and the missus has me working on the weekend - laying turf, cleaning and resealing the deck, replacing damaged skirting and architraves and if I get time I'm allowed to replace the suspension on the Triton.
And to top it off I need to be interstate first thing Wednesday morning for work which means Tuesday arvo/evening travel.

I'd love to come and help, but got things oni'm off to a good start...already planned 3 different other things I'm doing today instead of that painting, so not looking like much will get achieved today...lol. Not doing the roof until after it's painted, and the forecast wet weather over next few days will hopefully stop my painting...what a shame if that work just can't get done and I relax instead hey...lol

Been catching a seafood bonanza, my boy has got five squid, I got a couple and a nice size crayfish (southern rock lobster) the guys next to us got 4 good bluefin and a number of albacorenoice, any pics?
