They are so good, I generally hire one but they cut the time down.
If you can get a self feeding screw gun with the extension, you can cut the fixing time to a third because it is si quick and you dont need to keep shifting planks and ladders to get all round the room.

Might have to hand out brown paper bags to put on your hears & hide your special things in . An extra ration of rum that should do it

I purchased a 160A DC TIG/Stick & 40A plasma cutter about 5 years ago to help me build one of these 36' steel boats:

Loved it! (Still do). AC would be nice for Aluminium welding, but otherwise great.
That was when we were living in Canada ... never did finish the boat, had a kid and moved back to Oz.
Had to leave my Argon bottle back there - damn shame you have to rent them here (although I see that there's now someone in Sydney who sells and refills 'em).

I have a Home Improvement business, but mostly do house re-stumping, but I NEED lots of tools for all that ;D ;D
-
Yeah it's nice when you NEED them cause then Juliar helps pay for them. A couple of years ago I needed this but sold it as I had to much on my plate to do it justice. It cut good house stumps, this was a Tuart in Floreat

I recently needed to replace the Velcro pad on my Bosch green series random or Italy sander. Stupid machine had a tendency to chop out the plastic lugs on the back of the Velcro pads. Anyway I found a Bosch blue series ros from my local Crime converters. It looks as though is has been used once. And it was only $50 more than a new pad. I also picked up a tti socket set they were clearing out. Upto 32mm met +at only $89. Seems ok to.
Nicer feel than my old Sidcrome set
-
Barnsy Now thats what we like to see , a petrol powered wittling machine . No mucking about there .
I to am starting to have problems with multi units , 2 bench saws , 2 scroll saws, 2 linishing belts 2 drop saws 2 laiths . It just goes on . It seems that something better comes along , so I grab the chance but cant bare to part with the old . The Tool Gods will be pleased , :D , a corrigated iron ark for tools . The Shed
