I just ordered a Mchitch treg adaptor.  One trip away in newish van and the connecting up of the treg  has annoyed me enough to look at options. Went with this as original is welded on and existing mount plate isnt large enough to fit bolt on replacement.

I did the same because if you are on unlevel ground (side to side) hitching was nigh impossible. You may already know but if not, once you have dropped on, tightened and are wanting to put the pin through, one little trick is to   hold the pin while playing with the jockey wheel until it just slips through, this occurs just when the weight is going on the tow bar. Easiest way is just by feel. Endless frustration otherwise or big hammer deployment.
Other than that this thread has prompted me to look at fitting an auto-coupler as my polyblock is 13yo and the surface is quite weathered.
