Hang on $900 to carry 2 jerry cans & 2 spare tyres . Get a roof rack for the tug or CT . You can carry bare tyres & Jerries at a fraction of the cost & weight . lf you not up to changing tyres out there then its your call , myself l will change them .
$900.00 was for just the arm with the dual can holder. And there's no tyre Mount involved.
My reference to Rasslar was for Modifying a Kaymar Tyre carrier arm into a double can holder.
This involved removing the part that mounted the tyre, and fitting the box that holds the Jerry cans.
I'm with Geoff and Rummy here.
If you want a can mounted to a spare tyre on each side of the rear of the vehicle, that's fine.
Just don't expect to carry anything else in the vehicle behind the back seat. Or on the roof.
And you'll need a tow bar, just like the bent Cruiser at Inskip Point.
The same thing will probably happen too.
