6/1 96kgs.

Made the mistake of going to the docs yesterday for a check up with the lovely. between the blood pressure being at 160/110 and both the doc and wife giving me a mouthful saying I wont be here in 5 years. I need to lose the gut and change the lifestyle work/life balance me thinks, obviously he first week at no loss is not ideal :'(

Have been away, will use my last weigh in for 2016 and the one I did this morning, will go Fridays from here.

Original SW16/9/16: 157kg

23/12/16: 133.6kg
03/1/16: 132.8kg
11/1/16: 131.3kg

Weight loss 2016: 1.5kg
Weight loss to date: 25.7kg
Target weight: 80kg

Loss so far: 0.6kg

Not bad as last night was a decent amount of pizza, whilst breakfast most of this week has been mince pie and custard... and no riding due to a poorly seatpost on the road bike.
