Charlie started in Canowindra as the Holden dealer in 1959 and has amassed a magnificent collection of pristine motor vehicles, starting way back in 1970. The highlight of the collection is the 46th built Holden FX 48/215 which has only travelled some 22,000 miles and is in immaculate condition. If the Monaro is a factory auto 186 GTS, then it's quite a rare combo.

I can still remember Mums white HK GTS, 186 4 speed with Goya Red interior.
HK coupe has to be the best ever motor car built, IMHO  8)
With enough horse power, sheer ignorance and a total lack of respect for your vehicle, you'll get through....

It's not easy to find a 78 Commode, let alone a V8. But 3 at one auction is pretty unheard of. Especially a 308 manual.

Shame they're still Commodes but  >:D

few mates back home had some of the sweetest Broughams ever... Loom spent a fortune on his paint job, and that was back mid 80's... this thing had a manic 350 in it..
used to park it up on the hill outside northies pub showing it off.. shocked that none of the whirlys ever stole it....

I have had friends buy stuff off him in the last 12-18 months. When asking prices on various items they are shocked on the nominated figure so it usually stays there.

I hope to get there in August for a look around before it all goes.
