10k of that was about the chair :D
Now I remember. In the early days I thought I'd stumbled on a camper chair forum. Couldn't for the the life of me work out what drugs you were all on. ......

Have said before and consistently say again, great forum, good trip and touring info, and met many outdoor loving crazy people from all across the nation, and I don't want to diz those that feel this is important but..............
for me post counts are meaningless and can sometimes drive a behaviour of posting just to get one's numbers up quickly (including many of my own in the early days).  If it were possible for them never to be shown against my profile, then I would request it to be so and I more often than not these days won't reply to a post or thread because of this.
Just my 2c opinion and I'm very appreciative of the forum mods that have shown me the little action I can take to keep my count down.

Agree with all of the above. Try to add value where possible and encouragement. Never chased the post count just staggered by how quickly it mounted up.

.....But 6B&S shouldn't be blamed for everything.

i reckon the BS part of it could well be to blame for many of the large post counts though

Not sure who you mean symon but I visited the caravaner's forum and that place is downright scary!  So many OTT personalities.  So many personal battles going on. It's a bit too medieval for me.  Shame because it must scare off so many people who would, if given the chance, be great members of that community.

Oh isn't that place a bull ring?  Entertaining reading after some body has posted up an accident. The "caravaners forum accident investigation team " have it solved before the ink is dry on the paper!

D4d rescued me from there and dragged me across here and never looked back
Here for a good time, not a long time!

It's ok, I think you might have had a bit of trouble getting traction.
You've obviously got it under control now Feisty.
Well done.
