Might well be wrong but don't you have to fold the bed back on the AT 10/11.
On the Vista if you want the table and seats you have to fold the bed back.
Not sure if these are considered to be leaving the bed made up.

The AT10/11 do have to fold the bed in 1/2 to pack the camper up, but the bed stays made up.....fold it back out and jump straight into bed.

The Vista stays made up....unless you want to put out the table...one reason that put us off one.....if one goes to bed, the other can't stay up and read a book etc.

MDC have a couple of hybrids that meet your requirements and their pricing appears to be very competitive
