thought i would update everyone on the frying pan issue,
it was finally resolved today. long story short. they didn't have any of the exact same pans in stock as there where discontinued. so they gave me a new one the same size but not the deep side version. and i got to keep my old one. they also covered shipping as they couldn't supply the exact item.
the pans arrived today in the mail. and to our surprise there was also a hand operated vacuum bag sealer and 4 vacuum bags included in the parcel.
so in the end I'm a bit disappointed i didn't get a replacement of the original pan but i am very happy with their customer service in the end, although it did not get off to a good start.
