You had me worried till you said that! >:D
Nothing surprises me how these project homes are slapped together.
Worked across the road from one before Christmas.
The Slab went down, 3 days later the frame & trusses were loaded onto the slab, that afternoon the formwork was stripped, end of the week the frame was erected.

We do it all the time, must admit we use a 40MPa mix which gains strength after 24 hours. Time is money, a bit extra spent on the concrete is worth it. These are suspended slabs as well. Load and frame the next day for the following slab, lots more weight than any timber frame.

Most of them strip the formwork the same arvo as the slab was poured.

Is this bloke of sound mind? Its not like hes a winner anymore or even front runner...

Daniel Ricciardo has asked for an eight-figure pay-out in exchange for the early termination of his Formula 1 contract with McLaren.

The Australian has unwittingly become embroiled in the Oscar Piastri contract saga, and looks set to lose his drive at the papaya operation in favour of his young countryman.

It’s understood Ricciardo is the only party to have the right to cancel his current contract, which runs until the end of next year.

Multiple sources have revealed the West Aussie’s initial asking price is USD $21 million, though that is expected to be reduced as the team haggles over price.

Opening gambit, just to get negotiations underway. Good luck to him if he gets it.

WTF?

Just replaced a screen in a new Subaru. It doesn’t have to be genuine, but that may depend whether O’Briens have any aftermarket screens. In my case they didn’t have any genuine ones ( 3 mth wait )
I dropped my car off at the dealers, O’Briens came and changed the screen and the dealer then recalibrated the eyesight system. The cameras are attached near or to the screen, but not part of the screen.
Insurance paid, but I heard the screen was approx 3K +…..for genuine.

Funny how things appear to the eye……they are both almost identical in size.

Ever seen a VW Touareg or Porsche Cayenne…..they are bigger than the 200 series !!

These days, modern health/medicines can do amazing things, miracles.
So why is it, a mate can receive a double lung transplant, yet loose his battle to a compromised  immune.
Fark life can be Shit. :(

Spoke to him 4 weeks ago, he told me what a strange thing it was to know that somebody else's lungs were keeping him alive.
He introduced me to Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Dire Straits,
