WOLF 4X4 - Brisbane Show help
« on: March 13, 2013, 11:29:22 AM »
I need some Queensland help if anyone can ...

I have an order in at Wolf 4X4 for my side steps and rear bar for the new Dmax..

I can't get any response - live chat , email , phone ( disconnected ) , PM ( Calibrated ) --

The website is showing them as away from 13/2 to 19/3 with limited staff on hand  -  but will be at the Brisbane Show - 15-17th ...
If any of the QLD Myswaggers are going to the show could you let me know if they are in fact still operating ..
When phones get cut off I start to get nervous ...

And I need a towbar !!! My CT is pretty useless without one !!

Cheers
Mandrake

Sorry I'm not going, but have you tried contacting the BNE Show organisers directly?  If they are going to be there, they'd know ... right?

I'm going, keep this topic up to date on your progress and if you have no joy I'm happy to hunt them down and... um, discretely get their contact details etc.

I'm not too shy to give them a serve if you want me to, too :)

Hi Mandrake
Rang their numbers:
main line: "the number you have dialed is not available from this service" - could mean it is on diversion to another number. Not a definate it is disconnected. Saying that though who knows what Tel$tra do these days. Be aware that if there is a fault on their line it is taking up to 3 weeks to get it fixed, has been a bit moist up here.
fax line: fax still answers.
Their registered office is out at Pullenvale, outer west of Brissie, just this side of Mt Isa    otherwise I would drop in & have a chat with them.
May be worth giving their fitting centres a ring to see if they are still doing business. On the Wolf4x4 site under the Fitting Service tab. They might know something.

Just a thought. Sorry, not going to the show, no money to spend and too much temptation.
Regards
Noel

Noel ,

Never thought of that -
Coolum Motors say he went to South Africa - got married - and is back
in Oz now -
So I'll just have to keep trying the phone until it comes back on line ..
He might have forgotten to pay his phone bill before he left ??

Thanks

Mandrake

Yes I also have been chasing them bought a coupe of winches paid for in january was was told that they were on next shipment on 1/3/13 so only a couple weeks late so not to bad but it's always a bit of concern when ya pay up front then you get no response to emails .have not tried to ring tho if website says away until the 19th will try to contact after then I suppose.

I have Ash's mobile if you need it. I also have ordered a winch through there and was not getting any response so I'm glad I belong to forums as I was able to get his number he had posted if anyone needed to contact him! Pm me if it is required. Also check their Facebook page as people have been getting responses there!

Cheers
