Roll pin is more for securing the 15A, 30A or 45A powerpoles into mounting frames...

When just used as a connector, like on the ends of lights, as previously pointed out, they are pretty secure when just slid together...

That’s how I have done mine...

That's an understatement sometimes. I have a couple that seem to have welded themselves together, and appear inseparable without damaging them. And if you really are worried about them slipping against each other, a tiny driplet of superglue dropped on the join, will seep in and make them permanent.

Finished making and installed a new sill for the bay window out the front. Just have to finish stripping the balance of the frame and windows and then varnish to suit the other windows on the house. I can say that I will never do this again! What a pain. The original window frame was built ‘off’ the house and then installed, so all the nails were skewed from the outside of the frame.
Last job will be to replace the render under the sill.

This is my new project once I get a couple of others done.

This is a C1880 Bow Rocker horse by G & J Lines who were English makers.

Will certainly be a challenge but it will be worth it if I can bring it back to life due to his age & he has been in his owners family a long time.

Ray

Back home & into the horse. Looks like all the cuss words, bumbling and anxiety are starting to produce results.

The halter & bridle are hand stitched.

I have made the saddle & daughter is sewing edging onto saddle cloths.

Need to wax the rocker.

Just waiting for some hair so I can finish up & take him home. Hope his owners will be happy.

Over the last couple of days, i've been trying to stow away all my gear, while building a 2.4 high wall with a 1 metre return, to house the tool boxes etc.

I've managed to trip over Shit, move the same Shit from place to place on the floor, to trip over it anyway.

During this, I've screwed my back and stuffed a knee, but I've pushed on.

The shed still looks like a Shit fight, I've established i'm no builder and can't paint for Shit.

I now walk hunched over and with a limp.

Awesome way to fish, I hear the Stealth is good in choppy water, so perfect for the bay

one anderson installed with a 50A manual circuit breaker for charging from the vehicle.

one anderson installed for smaller loads, if necessary.

another anderson and a powerpole to be added to the trailer rear and cable runs back to the fuse block under the lid.

I managed to attack my ankle with the whipper snipper lol - was sweeping across, ran out of power cord and the jolt pulled it onto my ankle. Lucky only superficial cuts but ouch!
We've swapped from the camper to a van yay! :)
