That's bad news Rexie!

I moved the CT out and hooked up the solar panel for a few hours. Looked at the water pump I need to set up and said maybe later.....

Put my hay mower back together. I had to get some parts made up and now its all back together. Might give it a run tomorrow and see how it goes.

Finally got the 3 way Thetford fridge that was most kindly donated to us by myswagger "JohngQld447" installed today and it's pumping away in the camper beautifully this evening & down to 3 degrees.
Thanks John really appreciate it, working a treat.

Shortened the "Lowline" brand steel roof rack that I picked up at auction for $85 last week.
Removed one 'ladder step' from each end, so it will fit length ways across the CT.
Will also still be long enough to use on separate mounts on the roof of the Jackaroo.  8)

Made a fridge slide/box for the pajero (box so I can stack stuff on top).
Total cost so far about $230. I still need to grab a couple of bolts, some tie downs and carpet to cover it.
A slide alone was going to cost me $340 plus.

Started running blue spaghetti around the house as after 3 months arguing with Telstra that I can get ADSL at my house as the house across the road can I now have descent internet . . .

Then this week I get told that wireless NBN is now available  . . . .

When I was looking at the start of that 3 month process it wasn't even flagged as being set up in my area . . . .

Got home at 5.30 this arvo. Checked the packing job the wife has done on the camper. Told her if anything has been forgotten, it's on her head. Put  the second battery back in the cruiser and checked charging voltages. Put the brides Pajero up on jack stands and took the front brakes apart. I will drop the rotors of tomorrow to get machined(not that the need it) but I'm throwing new Bendix 4wd pads in when we get back. The last pads I went against my usual brand and put in QFM pads. Don't like them at all. Barely 1/4 worn and they are coming out. Then I reversed the Cruiser up to the shed & pug the fridge back into 240v to continue cooling. Off for 4 nights in the morning for some R&R.
Cheers, Mike.

Well I fitted a heat exchanger under the bonnet of the tug so we can have hot water on the road for showers.
This was done to try and get happy life via the happy wife method.
It took me about 4 hours to get it in there and there is still some tidying up to do but I will wait for the final part to arrive but it will work on the weekend camping trip.
If anyone would like to join us then we are heading north of Licola.
