Spent Sunday fixing the Bumblings Big Green Shed miss-cuts on our new Kitchen cupboard doors. Thank goodness they cut the MDF too large not too small. Now to sand down the edges, undercoat then paint them up and get them on.

SWMBO is getting  alittle titchy that we have not had cupboard doors for a month (since we moved in). Was OK to start but now getting over it, nowhere to hide the mess when friends/family come over.

On the hunt now for some quality rope for the steering. Don't think Telecom rope will cut it.

Unfortunately I'm not that smart  :'( , I copied an idea from an American site call Trail D Vice.     http://www.macscustomtiedowns.com/product/TrailD-Vise/All      But to get one to Australia would cost a small fortune in freight so I made my own, it's not quite the same but it'll have to do

I was going to put this in the videos thread, but thought it was more appropriate here to give us inspiration to keep pottering in the shed well into the future:

Dropped the main tank out of the 100 series today to work out why I wasn't able to use all the fuel in my tank. Turns out the pick up must have taken a hit at some stage through the tank and bent the pick up upward. Now hopefully I can use all those 94 litres I put in.
I then ran some b+s cabling for the rear Anderson plug to charge the camper.

You probably already know but don't forget to check the crank pulley keyway as up until 96' models, Suzuki wasn't doing the bolt up tight enough from the factory and most of them have worked loose, flogging out the keyway. Ive just been through it with mine. Keyway was almost sheared off.

Chopped off all of the 12v plugs on all my bits of kit and replaced them with anderson plugs. I was sick of the things falling out especially the fridge from not having a proper connection. Also when i have something plugged into the camper i was always knocking it out, so the lights or whatever was plugged in went out. Now i have anderson plugs on everything.
