Just a warning about some of the offers on these sites.
We purchased one for a discount car service. Got the standard call midday telling me what needed attention. Some of their must fixes were a load of baloney and an obvious attempt to squeeze money out of people whether they needed the repair or not. Apparently my three month old tyres needed replacing. Lucky my wife handed the phone to me rather than just accept them at their word. Won't go into more details, but be careful.
had the exact same thing happen at a "mechanic" workshop that offered discount Air Con services
listened to him talking to the customer before me,
"your tyres are roooted'
'thats strange, they were replaced recently'
your brakes are also worn right down
'thats strange they were done with the tyres'
let me show you...
"I'll get my husband to come down"
She had all the answers, and there was a list of things wrong with the car on the clipboard!
I burst out laughing at this stage and walked out
