Hello from Brisbane
« on: May 29, 2012, 02:01:50 AM »
Hey guys,

just joined. Normaly hang around the 4wd action forum and have discovered this place for campers.

I live in Upper Kedron and I work for the Defence force.

My ride:
2011 Challenger
OME lift,
265/70/17 Pirelli Scorpions,
ARB bullbar (on order)
Black widow drawers with fridge slide (on order)
Lightforce 170 Spotlights,
Deep cycle battery,
Safari Snorkel,
ARB awning on roofrack,
DVD head rests for the kid, and
M/S seat covers.

My camper,

GIC Extreem 2011,
Custom spring over and Challenger shocks,
Re-wired all wirring,
Electric and manual brakes,
Soon to be fitted stainless look Drifta kitchen (anybody want a brand new GIC stainless kitchen?)
and some little bits here and there.

I have looked of the forum and it looks the goods.

Take care,

Rob

Hello and Welcome.

You are bound to get more modification information here than required, have the time for or you can afford.  Don't forget we love photos here.  I'm shocked that you haven't been subjected to this yet.

Welcome to the forum.

Drifta is a great choice for a kitchen and it's good to be supporting a great aussie business like Lukes down there in Gloucester

(the only good thing to come outta NSW is the Drifat kitchen he he :cup:)

Hey guys,

It has been a long time since I have been here. I had plans to tag along on your fraser trip.

After I come home from Afghanistan, it pretty much hit the ground running.

Anyway, long story short. I had another magazine shoot for my challenger. This time in the Overlander magazine.

I have offloaded my POS GIC Camper and have just put a deposit down on an Lifestyle Exporer camper trailer. Pick up 10 Dec 12.

You cannot compare the quality from the GIC to the Lifestyle Explorer. The Explorer is 100 percent up in Quality.
