Just had root canal done yesterday after ignoring a throbbing pain for 1 month. As a bit of a fainter, and with my tooth presumably opened up to about my brain, I didn't really need to hear : "Wow  Cam, you should see all the pus coming out of that cyst, quick nurse, put another bib on his shirt!"

Great bedside skills there buddy....

Still, feel much better now, and to his credit he called this morning to check how I was going.

Good luck with yours,

Cam D

I can't get over the fact this thread on toothaches has over 50 responses and 788 views ( hot forum topic). The level of technical advice from swaggers on bush dentistry is amazing also.

I'm starting to think this thread with all it's deep myswag dental technical advice should be moved a technical/ mechanical forum folder.

I hate to think what would have happened if somebody put up a post suffering constipation / blockage and the amount of myswag medical / technical advice you would receive if this toothache thread is a comparison to go by.

"Hi Mike... I'm wondering how can you say that root canal treatment "on a tooth like this wont be too successful", without knowing anything about the problem??"

hey Buff, no offence taken. You're right i assumed alot and read into it. Years of experience as a specialists had my senses tingling.

And they wonder why we don't like paying for the impressive service they give us.  Can't they just use suction or something?
