Merchandise for the Cape Trip..
« on: December 16, 2011, 07:23:10 PM »

I will be looking at finding someone who can do stickers for us for the up coming trip. If any one knows of a place that would be handy. I looked up art by mickey who is a member but she has been off line since August. The design I was hoping to do was copying the MySwag logo and adding Cape Capers 2012 if Brett is happy with that.

Regarding shirts I would suggest buying MySwag shirts Brett has made available for members.

Hi Mark,
I was talking to the group at the FNQ Christmas get together the other day about the shirt thing. What could/may be done is if the Cape trip members or any group doing a Myswag trip want a shirt, is to use the shirts that we ( Myswag members) have and either embroided or print onto those shirts what the function/trip is.  By doing this each member will help Brett with the running costs of the forum and have a trip/function specific shirt as a memento. Just a thought.
cheers duggie

I like that idea duggie, it helps Brett out with costs and it shouldn't be too much for the members to have their shirts embroided afterwards.

Hi McGirr, I have a very good friend  that has his own business doing stickers and he does a great mate rate. If you could send me a pic of what you want I'll ask what he can do for us here on My Swag

Rod more along the lines of the MySwag sticker but with Cape Capers 2012 / or Cape York 2012

I have contacted ArtbyMickey and she is getting back with a price on 50 stickers. This should cover the 30 confirmed plus anyone chasing an extra one.

They will be the Cape Capers 2009 stickers updated to 2012. I will post the proof when I get it.
