Hope you're not with AAMI ... they've not got the greatest reputation.
Not many of them do... although I've never had issues with RACV where others have.
I'd tell AAMI to ram their cash offer in their rectum.
You pay shed loads for insurance and they take the risk - this time they lost. - its up to them to fix it.
