Help need with bmp pic of a patrol
« on: October 22, 2011, 09:08:14 AM »
Help............ Please..............

I need a small bmp file of a nissan patrol.
It's for a very good cause.

I'm helping to sort out and set up an Igo folder on a friends gps.
Because he's an avid toyota fan, I need to find a patrol picture to set up as his icon.

I know its cruel, but he won't know how to change it it and it will drive him mad!!! >:D >:D >:D

If you can help in any way please do.

Cheers
Brian

Will a ute do, or do you want a wagon?
Nissan Patrol ute - ex Telstra - pod has heaps of 'glamping equipment', but not enough to be overloaded.

If you like you can find any pic of a patrol open it up in Windows Paint and save it as a .bmp, hope that helps.

It just has to be recognisable as a patrol when reduced to around 400 x 400 pixel.

I'll try as suggested reduce a saved file, this may work.

In Paint you can also go to 'Properties' and specify the number of pixels

As Mystq said you should be able to display this file in Paint and save it as a bmp after resizing it

Thanks everyone,

I've used GG patrols avator (with both permission and many thanks) as the start button, and a photo the rear of my patrol saved as a small bitmap file as his display icon..........

 ;D ;D ;D

Why is this just so funny............................ >:D

My mate will cringe when he sees it.....
Thanks for all your input.
