A walk down on Town Beach - Broome at a .4 metre tide

Went out to look at the old rusty planes last weekend as we had a king tide and all that. Here are a few pics of the walk

On the way back the sun did it's magic

The Catalina's. Old Planes were mored in the bay when the Japs bombed Broome in WW2

Looking out to the West and the next one is looking also to the west but the Port is in shot

               Thanks for the lovely photos, I enjoy seeing pictures of places I`ll probably never get to visit ,
        glad to see you have the opportunity.

           Last year we met two women at Woody Head nsw. on their way home from a trip to W.A. They had visited
   Broome so I mentioned a member of MySwag works in the Visitors Centre. They said that must be Viv and they had met Steve also, remembered you well, said you are lovely people.

Thank you so much for putting up the photos today and the Gibb River Rd ones yesterday. We are so excited to going up North and it is great to show the kids these.

Still here for another year mate. just off to the Cape for two Months this year then we would have bee here 3.5 years so time to find some where new.. Looking to be closer to friends and family over the QLD East Coast

Still, it is an amazing place and we will have enjoyed it so much but the west is not for us.
