It didn't seem that way to start with but they've just said they're able to send me a complete set of bushes, sleeves, and washers for $48+p&h so that's good. They use nolathane bushes apparently.

If its just an off the shelf patrol shock then I'd be looking to drill out the mounting holes and run the same diameter bolts that are used in the patrol. That way you won't have to stuff around next time a shock needs replacing
