Cub supavan stockman
« on: June 06, 2018, 04:59:17 PM »
Hi crew, I am picking up a 2014 cub supavan stockman tomorrow after hunting for an upgrade from our trusty softfloor for over a year. Needless to say im excited, and the better half cant wait for organised storage and having the kids off the ground.
Would like to know any issues/fixes that I need to be alerted to.
And a question on solar charging- being a rear fold, is it worth my while mounting a fixed panel on the roof (then floor) for charging while driving? It has 2x 100ah and i have a ctek dcdc from my prado. Could i mount a panel and run it through a solar regulator AND get feed in via the car's dcdc simultaneously to increase battery recovery? Or is there a seperate dcdc charger needed for the camper too?
