4X4 and Camper Insurance
« on: May 15, 2017, 11:31:48 AM »
Hi All!

If you have not heard of Club 4x4 already, we are a specialist 4x4 insurer with some features and benefits on our policy that are very outside the box.

It has been about 18 months since we were on these pages and much has happened since then!

If you are wanting a quote on your vehicle and camper, please jump on www.club4x4.com.au or call us on 1800 258 249.

If your vehicle is well modified, we will ask you for a few photos and a list, but that is so that we can give you an agreed value with your mods ON TOP of your vehicle value.

Happy Touring!

One thing you guys don't seem to take into account when determine a premium is the vehicle usage.
My Prado which has a bit of gear fitted spends most of its life in the garage , parked up and under cover. I have a commuter car to get me too and from work , we use the wife's CX5 to get around on weekends etc  and so the Prado comes out for about 3-4 short trips towing the van and maybe a longer trip each year. I will bring it out every so often for a Sunday "only driven to church" trip to keep things moving.
This usage should be a factor in consideration for a reduced premium given that adverse risk is removed somewhat.
Any thoughts from club4x4 re this.
