As part of our move north I sold a 25 year old southern cross tent for $500 and gave away another tent. I kept my southern cross canvas swag though. The RT tent is just a Kings cheapy, bought more as a trial idea than anything, plus daughter and BF can use this. Wife doesn't mined it but prefers her expanda caravan.
Rust has not been a issue on this trailer as it has lived a life in the mountains so no salt although a very moist environment. In saying that, I had a HD trailer made from Trailers- 2000 at Beerwah in early 2000 and I can tell you it didn't get moved to Qld as rust had taken over, mainly in the tray so I had a new trailer made locally in Western Sydney before moving to cart stuff North.
Was wanting to get it galv dipped but time beat us. I been going to see if it is possible to get it done retrospectively but not sure of who can do galvanising around North Brissy and if it being existing paint presents any problems.
