Got Denim seat covers in my 200 from Gotyacovered. Fit is excellent and they feel great. No sweaty bum syndrome and they clean up really easily.
Cheers, John.

I have neoprene ones (just cheapies from Aldi) and I have found them to sweat quite a lot in summer particularly on the back region. The plus side is they do dry fairly quickly and the sand doesn't get stuck in threads like I imagine it could in canvas They are also comfortable due to the lack of scratchiness of thread but I think I will try canvas next time (no prior experience so will follow this thread with interest).

I've had black duck canvas seat covers for 5 years on my cruiser. Easy to clean with a damp cloth although after a few years of my sweaty arse on them I should really pull them off for a proper wash, they're getting a bit sticky on these hotter days:-P

We have neoprene. Really easy to take on and off, no straps to tie, and they don't move around sliding in and out of the car. They are really and hug the seat, so if the lumber support of the seat is good, this isn't lost like a 'bulky' lambswool.
Downside is if you've had a wool  cover or the like, sweat is absorbed and you don't feel it. The neoprene doesn't, so sweat sits between your back/legs so it feels like you are more sweaty than in lambs wool etc.
if I could afford a tailored lambswool I'd go for that, the tailored neoprene are about a third of the price so that's what I've got.
Haven't used canvas seat covers
