Swaggers Weight Gain Group

Last Friday I lost 500g for the week. This week it was a 2.7kg gain in 7 days. I didn't even go crazy over Christmas, but I tried what I normally wouldn't eat. It doesn't take long to get fat with the wrong genes does it

So far I have done OK , as of 01/01/2017 @6.30 am I am 112.2 kg. Soooooooooooooooooooooo with the Christmas food feast and everything else I have actually lost 0.6 kg. Pretty happy.

Still have the full month to go before we up date our weights on the below list .

Woo, manage to actually lose weight, gotta be happy with that.

I weighed in on the 22 Dec and again this morning, for the grand total gain of 1kg. I'm surprised really as I spent a sizeable amount of time on my arse over Chrissy. There was a 101.9 measurement in there, but I put that down to being a statistical anomaly.
Off to a new job next week with a long walk from the carpark, PT/gym 3 days a week and kayaking for fun when I get home, I'll be back under the century in no time.... or it may kill me
