Feedback on the Coromal Family Series 400 please
« on: October 21, 2016, 01:58:50 PM »
G'day all,

Just wondering if there's a few of you out there who've had experience with the Coromal Family Series 400 camper?

Looking at one at an auction tomorrow, interested in it depending on price.

What known issues do they have?

It's not set up yet, however will be tomorrow. Looks pretty tidy from the outside.

Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Dicko.

I had a PS421 version.
Never had any issues in relation to faults etc.
However 2 things that were weak points in my mind.
It leaked a bit of dust in when offroad.
and the door stores away up in the roof area. It would move around abit on rough roads and corro, never could come down, but the mounting arrangement when being stored left a bit to be desired.
There's a big difference between kneeling down
......... and bending over.

Thanks Glen! 👍

I've been doing a bit of internet research and it seems they are generally well regarded.

A clearance auction is on where I live tomorrow with a 2010 drop in it.

Depending on how the bidding goes I may be interested.

Seems they usually go for anywhere $15-18k in good nick.

Well it went for $17,600 which was I think at the very top of the market.

Fantastic condition though, looked well made & comfortable.
