Save the Pub. The Rappy.

As the title says................the pub at Rappville in northern nsw is fighting OH&S laws to stay open. They are calling on travelers to make a donation to help them upgrade pieces of the 100+ y/o pub to meet 2016 laws.

So if your travelling around and looking for a cold beer & a warm welcome then buy a beer or two and grab a feed at the Rappy.

yea, bloke at Kevington Pub said he had to spend 250k to bring their kitchen, bar etc etc up to scratch... considering they get a few dozen people a busy day on weekends - takes a while to recoup it

Very sad. I'm originally from Casino and the Rappy was a great spot. Many of these country pus deserve a little more leeway than their city counter parts as they are not million dollar business but  the centre of a local community. I'd rather eat at one of thes old hotels than most city hotels as the meals are usually cooked by ma and served by dad
