The CT had 130 liter when we left home  plus an additional 10 liter in a jerry from Exmouth.
The jerry was used for the toilet and the water tank was 1/4 full after 1.5 week away.
That's including 1 time washing our hair with the hot water system.
We cooked every day, drank coffee and tea and water. That's for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Sounds good.  I'll be taking about 150 lit for three people for about one week.

In the little leaflet they give you, it is mentioned to drop tyres to 20 psi.
Go further to 15 psi as 20 was too high.
I had to drop to 12 psi to get on the beach going through a very soft patch of sand.
I spoke with a few campers and they all got stuck.

Thanks.  My friends will be towing a 16 foot van.  It's not 'off road' but it does have 15 inch wheels and he's flipped the axle to give a bit more ground clearance.  Hopefully he'll be ok if he drops tyre pressures.  We both have experience driving through the Simpson Desert and towing on Fraser Island.
