Great News!!!
« on: December 30, 2015, 06:43:31 PM »
Last night my GQ Patrol was recovered!!!!! It was stolen on Christmas Eve.
There are things missing from inside but it had no damage done to it as a result of the theft.
It had been dumped in a backstreet less than a kilometre from home!!! It was the only street I did not search.

Good news bud but id be getting it fully checked mechanicaly before you write off an insurance claim.
It might look alright but none steals a car  and just stops a street away.
Before your scumbag insurance company washes thier hands of it id want to know its in the same condition

Great news.

Some years ago I had a Holden commodore stolen outside my office in Canberra. Right opposite the Police Station. Reported it and the cops where was it parked. I said 'how about 10 metres from your front door and if you had a window you would have seen it being stolen. That was a Friday night.

Cops rang on Sunday and said it had been found. Some damage and no fuel in it. Been driven through paddocks and through  speed camera - thank you.

I was hoping it would be written off. No luck.

It was never the same again.
