VIN on 1980's Jayco Dove

Hi all. Im selling my Jayco Dove and need to source the VIN for the paperwork. It's not on the rego papers, so where would I find it on the camper? Thanks. GG

If you can't find it apply for a new vin....it's just a trip into vicroads or similar and re register with that

We bought a camper thatnhad been rebuilt but rego had expired. Had to end up new rego as hand built as couldnt prove it was a jayco as no vin on trailer

The vin on a lot of vans is welded on the draw bar. This was before ID plates became compulsory in about 84-85.

Go to the Vicroads website and so the check your rego status. You type in the rego number and it brings up all the details including the VIN
