Are you looking at a camper trailer or a hybrid like the AOR Eclipse you mentioned in another thread?
Only once you work out want you really want, can you decide.

The head decision is the important one but the heart is what will make it a long term purchase.

These aren't a tool for a tradesman. It is a pastime we are all passionate about. If you can afford it get the one that ticks the heart box and don't not tick the box on the last $100 option. If you are anything like me that pennywise pound foolish attitude will eat at you and bug you until you move it on for what you really wanted.

Let me help you here Mark ol' boy.

Coin - both within budget but the heart one is more expensive enough to make you think.

It's only friggin money.

Quote
The Head one will fit in the shed, the Heart one won't. Will need some type of external coverage.

Perfect excuse to get a bigger shed, sounds like a win-win to me.

Quote
The head one weighs less (Tare and towball) than the heart one. But both can be lived with.

Perfect excuse to give the Paj to Olivia and upgrade to a cruiser.  Craig would recommend a 200 series at least.

Quote
The head one has a more efficient 12v usage setup for hot water/heater.

Sounds like you need a more efficient 12V system, I know someone who can help you with that.

Quote
The head one has an easier to lift top. But both useable.

Time to start working out, you'll be able to lift it with one finger in no time.

Quote
The heart one has a nicer finish, look,  and nicer finished drawers, nicer kitchen layout, internal layout, nicer pantry etc. but both are acceptable.

BLING!!

The more I think and talk about it, and go through my spreadsheet, the more I think the heart is going to win.

Put the spreadsheet aside, and ask Kerry ;D
Do not PM me for technical advice - start a thread.

If the price tags and quality were reversed, which one would you go for?

You still haven't said what Kerry wants.  :D

Her call as much as yours.  You BOTH need to love what you get, and accept the compromises that are involved (no camper is perfect for all situations).
