bigfoot campers - any advice/thoughts?
« on: September 23, 2016, 11:33:11 AM »
I have a friend who is looking at purchasing a Bigfoot camper Trailer (http://www.bigfootcampers.com.au/).  I have not heard of them before so could not give him any thoughts.  Based on price i assume they are an import  (no I dont want to start a war on Oz made vs import).

Any one else either have one or know if they are any good?

Bump? I'm guessing by no comments no one knows anything about them or their quality?

He is borrowing one for a weekend so  it will be interesting to see what they are like .

I have a mate with one up north. He's had a few issues, nothing huge, and probably nothing you wouldn't expect for the price.

I'll find out a bit more

Spoke to my mate. He sold it a while back. Was fairly happy with it in the time he owned it, with a few of the issues being attributed to earlier models.

Looks like there are lots on Gumtree too. I guess if you are happy with it and it suits your purposes and budget, it's a go!
