Newbie from the Adelaide Hills
« on: October 26, 2013, 07:18:13 PM »
Hi Everyone,

I'm new in here.  My family have been tent campers for years but with the arrival of our 3rd child 2 years ago we found our tent too small & the amount of stuff we have to travel with too much to fit in the car.  We have had a few experiments with hiring soft floor camper trailers for recent holidays, they have been great but I still can't get my head around climbing a ladder to get in & out of bed.  Last week we finally made a decision & purchased a 2007 Jayco Eagle Outback.  We can't wait to start using it!

Our family consists of me, my husband, our son 12 & two daughters 9 & 2.  I'm looking forward to getting some ideas for our new camper.  My hubby is already talking about battery packs, solar power, water pumps etc.
