Why I'm an AOR (Australian Off Road) Devotee
« on: July 07, 2013, 11:33:16 PM »
Mrs T & I have owned an Australian Off Road Quantum, Super Camper, since it was new in Sept 2009. We've had very few problems and those we have had have been rectified promptly and professionally. We are very satisfied customers.

Today we are even more satisfied.

A week into our 6 week trip through the Centre, up to Cape Leveque and home, we've noticed a sheared bolt on one of the four scissor lifts that allow the roof to pop. We detoured into Newman, and after a Google search visited three general engineering companies to check their location, so that we could seek assistance tomorrow (Monday). All three were open, two had a quick look, one recommending that as all their toolies were out on site, we try elsewhere. One said that they didn't do private work, and the third, we're back to tomorrow morning at 6 am.

Why we are even more satisfied with AOR's service, is that after seeking advice on the AOR Website on what to expect and what information to pass to the workshop, I received a phone call from the MD of AOR offering the advice I was seeking. This on a Sunday afternoon.

This exemplifies our experience with AOR, and is why we'll be a repeat customer. (Our only affiliation is as satisfied customers)   ;D

Good work on AOR's part. You'll be on your way in no time.

Might pay to carry a selection of nuts and bolts, just in case......

Thanks guys.

2 hour repair job, the guys at both AOR and locally at Savannah Engineering were excellent.  Now we're fuelled up, brekkied, coffee'd & Mrs T's having a final shop in the Visitor Centre.  We'll be in Marble Bar about lunch time!

Yeehaaa  ;D
