Always nice to hear of people's positive experiences and to know that there are still retailers who will go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Can vouch for the service from Brown &Watson.  I made a stuff up and cut a lead too short.  Gave their help line a call hoping to be able to buy a new one.  Instead was told a replacement would be posted free of charge.  And this was my mistake!!  How good is that ?  And what was even better, I said to the guy helping me out that we were about to head off for two weeks holiday.  He said "no worries. where are you staying?"  He posted it to our holiday destination.  Brilliant service.

Someone on here recently asked about buying from his store.

After numerous posts of good service I guess there's the proof.
