Newcomer's from the Central Coast NSW
« on: May 23, 2013, 10:01:40 AM »
G'day Everyone,

We recently joined the forum and since then I have used everyone's advice that they have passed on.

We spent 2 day's at the recent Caravan / Camping show in Sydney, where there was so much to look at and we still didn't see everything.

My partner and I have purchased a Jayco Swan Outback from the show. As we have 2 Teenagers and a 4 year old and liked the set up that the Swan offers. It will be coming offline late July, so hopefully we should be picking it up early in August. Seems so far away but everyone is excited and can't wait to hit the road. We have our first holiday booked for the September holidays at Kiama and also looking at going to Dubbo and Foster later in the year. Also a few short trips when work permits.

Thanks for the great forum and look forward to reading more advice and maybe adding some myself.

See you all out and about Livin the Dream...

G'day & Welcome.

There are many members in your area, a well as Sydney and the lower hunter. In fact we had a camp at Glenworth Valley just this past weekend. Hope we catch you around a fire sometime soon.

If you're going to the Maitland Camping Show, call in and say g'day, I'll be on Site 32, Trackabout.

Hi Brett and Genelle
We have just brought a swan outback and like you we can't wait to give it a test run. We used to live on the south coast and Kiama is a beautiful place so good luck and look forward to hearing about your travels

Welcome...

This is a great forum however the "My Camper" page will give you a list of must do mods as long as your arm before you even take delivery if you let it! We lived in Terrigal for my first 9months in Australia so know the coast pretty well.
