G'day from the Sunny (Rainy) Coast
« on: March 02, 2013, 03:41:38 PM »
G'day all, we're newby's & are awaiting collection of our MDC T-Box V3.

Have read alot about weighing up between a new MDC or buying a used 'quality' Aussie made camper. After going to the shows, looking at all of the new trailers on offer, looking at second hand trailers with unfortunate DIY 'upgrades' & suspicious stains on the canvas, we opted for the MDC.

Only time will tell & with low-medium expectations, hopefully there is less room for disappointment.

The decision was more value for money than overall budget, although in saying this feel that we should have more cash in reserve to modify as necessary.

In the last 12 months, we have been watching MDC's finished product improve & they seem to be taking on board customer's feedback, although they seem to be underselling themselves at present, as their website & brochures don't accurately reflect the actual CT's - in a good way, as there re heaps more improvements & features on the trailers that have't been updated in the ad material.

Roll on 16th March pick up (first test to see if it is ready on time) & then a good soaking at home, before Easter at Hervey Bay (no doubt it's first wet weather test).

Watch this space ...

Welcome to the tribe Dexter.  Congratulations on the new MDC.  Plenty of happy MDC owners on here.  Oh, and the waiting is the hardest part  ;D  but will give you plenty of time to plan all your mods  :D

Happy camping
