When I use Imageshack photos this is what I do:
1) Open a new tab and log onto their site and go to My Images
2) Click on the photo itself so the orange border around the photo comes up
3) Click on the 2nd circle down on the right hand side of the photo 'Image Details'
4) Click on 'Embed This Image' in the lower right hand side
5) Where it says 'Forum' I click on the URL so it comes up in blue then right click and 'Copy'
6) Go back to the MySwag post and right click and 'Paste'
7) Delete the bottom line saying 'Uploaded with Imageshack'
8 ) Click on 'Post'
There are probably easier ways but this method has never failed and works for me
