Need and annex
« on: January 05, 2013, 01:07:09 PM »
Hi - I hope I am posting this in the right place as we are new to this forum.  We have a 1995 Camp-o-matic and we need a new annex.  We've been to a local guy who said it is too big a job.  Does anyone know if there's anywhere we can look for someone who might be selling one or even someone who makes them new?  We are in Newcastle NSW.  Thanks so much for your time.
Nikki

Gday Nikki.

Welcome to the zoo.

It mite be worthwhile contacting Campomatic to get an idea of what they can supply, and at what price.

http://www.campomatic.com.au/

You can then compare with others.

Enjoy your stay.

Welcome aboard. All of us start somewhere.
Failing the above advice try allseasonsvinyl at currumbin near the QLD/NSW border. Have their stuff on the GS + have added after initial sale. They are very competent and can do custom jobs if supply with measurements.

Gday Nikki welcome aboard, you could try Sew What at green hills ( near Maitland) I've seen him do a bit of re-canvassing on cub campers and his work looks good to my eye.

These guys on the Central Coast do a bit of custom canvas work (well, they did for me) so could be worth giving them a call.
They will need the camper to measure off, and they are quite anal about fit and finish, which is what made me smile..
